

Belén López De Carlo nació en Buenos Aires (Argentina), en 1991, donde vive y trabaja actualmente.
She holds a degree in Visual Arts from the Universidad del Museo Social Argentino.
She trained as a Set Designer at the Instituto Superior de Arte of Teatro Colón. She participated in the Artists Program at Fundación Cazadores and in Proyecto PAC at Gachi Prieto Gallery. She also attended the Blasón Artists Program and “El primer viernes de cada mes”, both coordinated by Verónica Gómez. Among her most recent recognitions are a Special Mention at the MACSur Visual Arts Award (Buenos Aires, 2023) and her selection in the Bancor Painting Award (Córdoba, 2023).
Her solo exhibitions include “Una promesa incumplida” with exhibition text by Argentine artist Nahuel Vecino (Praxis Gallery, Buenos Aires, 2024). She has taken part in several group exhibitions such as “Misshapes” (Praxis Gallery, New York, 2024), “Pop-up de verano” Vol. I and II (Gachi Prieto Gallery, Buenos Aires, 2024–2023), “Atravesar el espejo” (Praxis Gallery, Buenos Aires, 2023), “Lo que importa es la piel” curated by Vic Tolomei (Praxis Gallery, Buenos Aires, 2022), “ZoomOut” (Gachi Prieto Gallery, Buenos Aires, 2021), among others.
Her work is part of private collections.
